1. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments made to The Language Lock-In Limited are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.
2. REFUND POLICY
Full refunds will be issued only if an event is canceled by The Company. In all other circumstances, all payments are non-refundable. The Company will not be responsible for any other losses incurred by the Customer due to the cancellation of the event.
3. SICKNESS POLICY
If a Customer cannot attend an event due to sickness, a gift voucher, valid for the same price as the original payment, will be issued. This voucher can be used for admission to the next event, subject to availability. No monetary refunds will be provided in case of sickness.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages or inconvenience due to delay or changes in schedules, overbooking, default of service providers, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other causes. The Customer acknowledges that they have read this agreement, understood it, and agreed to be bound by its terms and conditions

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event a member would like to cancel their Language Gym subscription, an email requesting to do so should be sent to support@languagelockin.com at least 14 days prior to the requested cancellation date. Upon cancellation of service, the member will not be billed again.
3. MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY
In the event a member would like to temporarily freeze their Language Gym subscription, an email requesting to do so should be sent to support@languagelockin.com at least 14 days prior to the requested freeze start date. Memberships may be frozen for a maximum of 60 days. During the freeze period, billing will be paused and access to services temporarily suspended. After the freeze period ends, billing and access will automatically resume.
4. LANGUAGE LEVEL
If a member's language level is not high enough to engage with the classes and contribute to the learning environment, the member's subscription may be paused or canceled to ensure the quality of the class environment for other learners. However, learners at any level may purchase 1-1 language lessons.
1. DEPOSIT & COMPLETION
A deposit is required to join. Complete 30 group classes in 6 weeks to get your deposit back—either as a refund or class credit (your choice).
After completing the challenge, you'll get an email within 2 days with a link to book your winners call.
If you don’t get the email, contact us within 2 days to request it.
Once you receive the invite, you have 7 days to book the call. If you don’t, your deposit will be returned as class credit by default.

2. NON COMPLETION
If a member does not complete 30 classes within 6 weeks, the deposit is forfeited—no refund or credit will be issued. If a member books a class and does not attend the full lesson, they are given a 'No Show'. If a member recieves more than one no show, they are not eligible to win the challenge.
3. LANGUAGE LEVEL

1. LIFETIME ACCESS DEFINITION
"Lifetime access" grants the member unlimited attendance to eligible Language Gym classes for as long as the Language Gym continues to operate. This access is personal, non-transferable, and valid only while the service is active.
2. COMPANY CONTINUITY
Lifetime access is tied to the continued existence of the Language Gym. If the company ceases operations, the service will end, and no refunds or compensations will be issued. By purchasing, you acknowledge this risk.
3. FAIR USE POLICY
Classes must be attended live and in full. Repeated no-shows or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of access. Abuse of the unlimited access policy may lead to revocation without refund.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments made for lifetime access are final and non-refundable. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including inactivity or dissatisfaction.
5. LANGUAGE LEVEL
If a member's language level significantly limits their ability to participate, access may be paused or limited to preserve the quality of the learning environment. 1-1 lessons are available for learners at any level for separate purchase and not included in the lifetime access.

1. GUARANTEE OVERVIEW
We’re confident in our method. If you attend a minimum of 3 group classes per week for 12 consecutive months and still don’t feel confident in your target language, we’ll support you with 1-on-1 monthly coaching—at no extra cost—until you reach at least a Purple Belt level or feel satisfied with your progress.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the Fluency Guarantee, you must:
-Attend a minimum of 3 live group classes per week for 52 consecutive weeks (a total of 156+ classes).
-Attend classes in full and actively participate.
-Maintain an active Language Gym membership during the entire 12-month period.
3. HOW TO CLAIM
If you meet the requirements and you haven’t reached a Purple Belt level, email support@languagelockin.com within 14 days of your 12-month mark. We’ll verify your attendance and schedule your first 1-on-1 coaching session.
4. ONGOING COACHING
Once approved, you'll receive one private coaching session per month until:
-You reach Purple Belt level (as assessed by a Language Gym instructor), or
-You feel confident and request to stop, or
-You cancel your membership.
5. LIMITATIONS
This guarantee is valid only for members who maintain consistent attendance and follow all class guidelines.
Abuse of the system, repeated no-shows, or disruptive behavior may void eligibility.
The guarantee is non-transferable and does not include monetary compensation or refunds.
